This personal data policy informs you about how we process your personal data that you provide to us or that we collect. It also describes your rights and how you can enforce them.

Our personal data policy applies to all companies within the Stretch AB group; Stretch AB, Stretch Stockholm AB, Stretch Public AB, Stretch Procurement AB, Stretch Customer AB, Stretch Öresund AB, Stretch Care AB, Stretch Danmark ApS, Stretch Norge AS, Stretch Addera AB, Stretch Göteborg and Stretch Evolve AB (hereinafter collectively referred to as ” Stretch” or “Stretch Qonnect”).

Stretch complies with applicable privacy laws, and will not disclose personal information to third parties without prior consent, unless specifically stated herein.

Personal data

All companies within the Stretch AB group are responsible for personal data for the personal data you provide to Stretch Qonnect or for the personal data we may collect from someone else (so-called third party). However, your main contact is Stretch AB (which is the parent company in the group).

Stretch may process the following personal data:

Name (including company name)
Photo
Home address
Social security number
Phone number
Email address

Purpose of and legal basis for processing

We process the personal data to fulfill the agreement entered into between you and Stretch Qonnect, or to take measures to be able to enter into such an agreement with you.

We also process your contact details in order to market Stretch and inform about our services and the business we conduct. Processing of your personal data for this purpose takes place partly on the basis of consent, partly on our legitimate interest in providing you with such information as we believe may be of interest to you. You always have the right to refuse marketing from us by contacting us as described below.

In addition, we may collect personal data from someone else (so-called third party) for possible recruitment purposes, i.a. from Linkedin. Processing of your personal data for this purpose takes place on the basis of consent.

Stretch will further process your personal data to the extent that we are obliged to do so due to law or authority decisions.

Processing of children’s personal data

We do not knowingly collect information about children. If you become aware that your child has provided us with personal information without your permission, please contact us at qonnect@stretch.dk.

Who can we share your personal data with?

Stretch hires a personal data assistant who helps us with our customer management system and who processes all personal data relating to you as a customer or potential customer. When your personal data is shared with our personal data assistant, it is only for purposes that are compatible with those for which we process the personal data.

If necessary, personal data about you as a customer or potential customer is shared with other companies within the Stretch AB group. Such transfer takes place on the basis of our and our customers’ legitimate interest in developing the business and improving our services and for our internal administrative purposes.

Stretch may also transfer information about you to third parties, such as companies that handle marketing services or IT services. Such transfer takes place according to agreement with you and to fulfill our obligations according to the agreement with you. In the event that the data is shared with companies that are independent personal data controllers, the company’s privacy policy and personal data management apply.

Our data is only stored and processed on servers located within the EU/EEA.

Storage and processing

Stretch will process your personal data on the basis of concluded agreements during the time the agreement runs, as well as during the time thereafter that is necessary to fulfill all obligations according to the agreement between you and Stretch Qonnect.

Stretch Qonnect will save such data that Stretch is obliged by law to save, for the time stipulated by law.

We will save personal data with regard to marketing and information for a period of 5 years after the last contact, unless you notify us that you no longer wish to receive such information or marketing, in which case Stretch will immediately delete such personal data processed for this purpose.

We will save personal data in relation to recruitment for a period of 2 years after the last contact, unless you notify us that you no longer wish Stretch to save this data, in which case Stretch Qonnect will immediately delete the personal data processed for this purpose.

Security

Stretch Qonnect takes appropriate technical and organizational measures to prevent unauthorized or illegal processing and access, loss, destruction or damage to your personal data, thereby ensuring an appropriate level of security.

Your rights

You have the right to:

get confirmation free of charge as to whether we are processing personal data about you, and if so, access to it in ways specified by law;
request that we correct inaccurate information about you;
request that we delete your data, unless there are legal grounds to continue processing;
request that we limit the processing of your personal data, unless there are legal grounds for continuing the processing;
request to obtain the personal data concerning you, and which you have provided to us, in a structured, commonly used and machine-readable format (portability)
withdraw your consent at any time. In the event of a revoked consent, we must cease future processing of the personal data that we process based on consent.

You also have the right to lodge a complaint about our processing with the supervisory authority, www.datainspektionen.se.

Modification of this policy

Stretch Qonnect reserves the right to change this privacy policy as necessary, for example to comply with changes in laws and regulations. Such a change will be published on Stretch’s website, see www.stretchqonnect.com.
